Everything began with Altitlan, a company created in May 2008 in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) by Xavier Pinchart. Altitlan D.o.o. was the first company on this market to offer Corporate Real Estate services. Altitlan Doo introduced concepts related to ro professional real estate services, such as tenant representation, exclusive representation contracts and professional real estate marketing.
In October 2009, Forton International took over the company and rebranded the activity under Forton brand to become the largest privately held provider of corporate real estate services in Bulgaria, Macedonia and Kosovo. Forton is a corporate real estate provider owned by AGCapital.

Xavier Pinchart, Funder
Xavier Pinchart (May 1972, Belgian), is the company manager and founder. Xavier is bachelor in Foreign Trade in the EPHEC, Brussels. He worked 6 years as a Consultant and Senior Consultant for AOS-Studley, an European leader in workplace consulting. Xavier managed complex projects for more than 10 years in the framework of main office deals of global companies across Europe, from which Inbev and Bristol-Meyers Squibb new European HQs and Eurocontrol ATC datacenter refurbishing. Xavier lives in Skopje and has 4 kids.
Daniel Thieren, Co-Funder
Daniel Thieren (September 1967), is architect (Horta, ULB, Brussels) and co-founder of the company. Daniel has been working in various fields of the real estate sector: after working for several architects' offices in Belgium, he set up his own professional practice in Budapest (Hungary) where he stayed 8 years. Then, he worked as a project manager for AOS-Studley in Brussels for 4 years and advised several development projects in Africa. He is now Consultant in Brussels, working for one of the big 4 real estate consulting companies. Daniel is expecting to become RICS Chartered Surveyor in a near future.
Daniel lives in Brussels and has 2 kids.
Vlatko Bogoevski, Operations Manager
Vlatko Bogoevski (October 1983) is managing the operations and the commercial activity related to leasing and consulting services in Macedonia and Kosovo. Vlatko is bachelor in Economy, European University, Skopje and studied Hospitality Management at the University State at Albany, N-Y State/Rosen College. Vlatko gained professional business experience from several jobs in the US, including in the sales department of Steelcase in New-York state. Vlatko speaks fluently Macedonian, Serbian-Croatian and English. Since his enrollment, Vlatko successfully completed several major office deals in Skopje and has gained an unique experience in office leasing and providing corporate real estate services to international clients.
Ivana Stojanovska, Valuation and research
Ivana Stojanovska (February 1984) is research consultant and real estate appraiser. She graduated at the University St. Cyril and Methodius, Faculty of Economics, Skopje. She has a master of science degree in Land Management, The Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. Her professional business experience is from working as a marketing specialist and copywriter in Macedonian IT companies (Seavus and Semos Multimedia). Ivana joined Forton in 2011 and is responsible of the valuation and research activity.
