If a party is intrested, FORTON will prepare a due diligence file or can undertake a proper evaluation of the site, and close the transaction.

The Building Services of FORTON will also make sure an efficient property management is set-up or transfered, with proper reporting of the incomes and expenses, as well as maintenance plans. This can be set-up as a local extension of the existing investor asset/property management procedures/team.
